September 12, 2018 in the Kazakh National Academy of Choreography, a seminar was held on the theme: “Measures for the prevention of juvenile delinquency”, which was conducted by district lieutenant Kudaibergenov A.S. and Musabekova U.Zh.

In order to prevent and suppress juvenile delinquency, to increase moral and legal culture among young people, a city-wide project “Student Law Enforcement Units” was launched at the initiative of the Youth Policy and Internal Affairs Department in Astana. Employees of the Internal Affairs Directorate told about the project “Student Law Enforcement Units”, where the participants of the detachments are students of universities and colleges.

The purpose of the seminar was to streamline the knowledge of children about offenses, to acquaint them with types of violations and penalties for them, to form ideas about the consequences of unlawful acts, to instill a sense of responsibility for their actions.
