The decade of Social Sciences and Humanities has finished

Last week, the decade “Language and history – witnesses of centuries” of Social Sciences and Humanities.  

Within the framework of the decade, open lessons and extracurricular activities were held, which were not only interesting and informative for students, but also useful for the teaching staff of the school.

Students of 5, 6 grades participated in open English lessons about “Famous people” and “Holidays and Travel. Vocabulary”. Also at the Kazakh language and literature lessons students of the 7th grade studied new methods and techniques of formation of writing skills in the classroom through the poem Magzhan Zhumabayev “Batyr Bayan”, meanwhile students of the 9th grade studied Makhambet Utemisov’s poems in accordance with Bloom’s taxonomy.   

Also during the decade open lessons on History, Russian language, Cultural studies and French were organized.

In addition to open lessons, extracurricular activities on the transition to the Latin alphabet, a round table on the theme “Uly dalanyn Zheti kyry”, dedicated to the article of the Head of state and the intellectual game “What? Where? When?”among the students of the Academy were held.
