1977-1982 – From 1977 to 1982 – soloist of the ensemble “Nava” at the Republican Uyghur Theater of Musical Comedy;
1982-2006 – The teacher of A.V. Seleznev Almaty choreographic school;
2006-2011 – The teacher, the dean of the faculty of choreography of the Kazakh National Academy of Arts named after T.Zhurgenov;
2012-2015 – Executive director, director, artistic director of Astana Ballet LLP;
2015-2016 – Head of the management of training and methodological work and educational programs of the Kazakh National Academy of Choreography;
2016-2018 – Professor, Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Choreography of the Kazakh National Academy of Arts named after T. Zhurgenov;
Since August 2018 vice-rector for educational and methodological work of the Kazakh National Academy of Choreography.
DISCIPLINES TAUGHT:
“Folk Stage Dance”.

PUBLICATIONS:
published 3 textbooks, 23 articles, including 3 articles in Committee for Control in the Sphere of Education and Science of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan magazines.
