Academy holds training seminar for heads of departments

From January 31 to February 2 the Academy holds a training seminar for heads of departments with the participation of representatives of the Almaty management University (AlmaU) and experts in strategic and personnel management.

Rector of AlmaU, PhD, MPA Gulmira Kurganbayeva, first Vice-Rector of AlmaU, PhD, Director of the Institute of Education Development Almagul Kanagatova, PhD, “Associate Professor-Researcher”, the business coach of “Design Thinking Lead” Albina Salimbayeva and personal coach, employment relations and personnel management expert Erbol Ismailov perform as the speakers.

The training seminar focuses on teambuilding, management of talent, changes and innovation process in educational organization, as well as consideration of issues of personal capitalization, development of modern thinking of manager and teacher in education.

The event was initiated by the Academy to improve management skills and increase effectiveness of the staff.
